Transform Self-Doubt into Self-Worth

  • When the negative voice in your head is just so believable, it can be tough to imagine you might ever think differently about yourself.

Low self-confidence can seep into every part of our lives and can keep us from living our most full, authentic, vibrant selves.

Luckily, no matter how stuck you’re feeling, it is possible to feel differently about yourself than you do right now. There is a timeline on which you feel empowered, more confident, and at peace with who you are in all your intricacies and yes, even your special kind of weird.

  • This journey might feel lonely...but it doesn't have to feel that way.

Maybe you’ve felt like this for as long as you can remember. It’s felt like everyone else was smarter, more successful, happier, just plain better. And you’ve compared yourself to other people for so long that you don’t really know another way anymore…it’s as easy as breathing, but it’s also starting to feel suffocating.

And yet, the idea of viewing yourself as worthy, special, significant might feel incredibly intimidating, or it might feel just plain impossible. As intriguing as it might sound to not feel so bogged down by the heaviness of seeing yourself as less than, it’s a whole new world that seems too good to be true.

  • There is a more fulfilled version of you on the other side of this.

Even if it might seem out of reach right now, I’ve worked with so many people who have felt that way, too, and who have then been able to experience themselves in all their fullness, without apology or fear. And so I know it’s possible for you, too. You don’t have to navigate this alone, and I’d be honored to meet the you that you are now, as well as the you that maybe has been hidden by the shadows of low self-esteem for a long time.

Therapy isn’t the only way through, but it can be one super supportive place to slowly grow and to thrive. Together, we can get to know the “why” of your story—what’s built this idea of you in your head and what makes it keep feeling so powerful, so that we can deconstruct those narratives to tell new stories that embrace your unique self.

Imagine how it might feel to move through the world with less comparisons, more comfort, and trust in yourself and who you want to be. I’d love to support you on that road—click the button below to request a free consultation!
